Defined product design requirements for smart screening devices in Kenya; based on extensive field research on technology acceptance (with focus on privacy, decision-making), and sustainable business development
Re-designed and tested a tablet app aimed to improve efficiency of time critical information retrieval (e.g., incoming airplane landing site), and error-free actions (e.g., confirmation of site availability)

Passionate about solving complex world challenges, I want to make a positive impact in people's lives. I see design and technology as a means to that end. When I graduated from IIT with a Bachelor in 2013, I had a solid understanding of UX design, and a keen interest psychology. At TU Eindhoven in the Netherlands, I pursued a Master program in Human Technology Interaction where I honed my research skills and played with the intersection of psychology, design and ICT
In my professional experience, I have enjoyed applying and building my skillset so I can discover opportunities for innovation, improve designs iteratively, and explore emerging markets and emerging technologies. I have worked in several domains, and grown affinity towards HealthTech & EduTech, but I believe that any domain can be interesting if you go deep enough
As a person, I am all about diversity - whether it is sports, dancing, or travel! Recently, Lindy Hopping and Squashing have been my hobbies, and Snorkelling and Hiking a leisurely obsession during travels (highly recommended spots are Capurganá in Colombia, and Malta islands).
